Since you are having it made to a film, you as an author, do you have your rights relinquished? Are they sold the studio? Do you have say in its embryonic stage or have an interest in been apart of the screenplay?
Yes, I have sold my rights to a production company who has a deal with a studio.

Cassandra is it true Charlie Bewley is playing Jace...or do you know?
They haven't started casting yet! I do find that rumor funny.


Do you have any "rituals" as a writer? do you need to listen to certain music or have a room or other habits that help inspire you to write?
No, not really. I need a certain amount of peace and quiet but that's it.

Somehow, manhwa artist Hye-kyung Baek tweaks the original model for Gossip Girl and to make it faster-paced. In her reboot, she mashes up relationships and blows through major plot points, ultimately producing a hilarious take on the franchise.

Former Destiny's Child star Michelle Williams will see her name in lights next month when she high-kicks her way into the starring role of Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway.

Williams, 29, will play the wannabe star-turned-murderess for a limited run in the hit musical from Feb. 8 to March 28.

Williams will be taking over from Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, who debuted in the revival on Dec. 1. (A winner of six Tonys, this production of Chicago has been running on Broadway for 13 years.)

Williams first played Roxie last year in London's West End production.

Williams, who won three Grammy Awards while she was with Destiny’s Child, has since released three solo albums and in 2003 made her Broadway debut in Aida, replacing fellow singer Toni Braxton. She also performed in the national tour of The Color Purple.

Kate Gosselin gets hair extensions to help kick off the new year.

Are you shocked? Even if you are not, the magnitude of the game's success was still a little alarming.

Within its first day on the market, it broke one million units, becoming the best-selling PS3 game in Japan. According to Media Create, the game had reached 1,501,964 units by the end of the week, which more than doubled the life-to-date totals of the platform's previous bestseller, Metal Gear Solid 4. It did so in just four days.

As you also might have expected, these unprecedented sales also boosted PS3 sales in the region for the week. The platform's sales leaped, much like a gazelle would leap, from 75,086 units sold to 237,086 units (an increase of 215.75 percent). That's an impressive upshot -- but we're not sure it deserves any gibberish exclamations.

Final Fantasy 13 will be released on March 9, 2010 in Europe, USA and Australia

I have De Menthe e/s for sale, it's been used so there's a dip in it, but of course still plenty left. Is $20 plus shipping completely off? I've been off with prices a few times before, so now I ask before I set the price in stone :)



And another thing.. I can take pictures myself, well, OKAY pictures, they're not perfect at all. But I need some pictures with bright makeup, I can take them myself, but they have to be all glamourous and something people see if I put it on an ad for example. You know, something you feel the need to check out - I can do the makeup my self and pictures and everything, it's just the editing. Editing to get the perfect glowy skin and get the colors a lot bolder, sculpting the face and so on... I can remove blemishes and create a suntan and do the basic stuff easily enough, but I have no idea how to do the other stuff so it looks nice and professional...
It's for my own company (it's pretty small still, so I want to advertise a bit), and I try to do it personally with putting my own pictures on it, don't really want to copy-paste from the internet anymore...
So, is there anybody in here who can do this, or knows someone who can? I'm willing to pay for this service of course, as I know it takes quite some time to do just one picture.
I hope some of you can help :)

This morning my baby Petunia jumped into the bucket where I keep the cat food (seal-able lid to keep it fresh). She does this all the time. Look at the half-full dish, look for "real" food, jump in the bucket once the lid comes off.

It made me think about the funny things cats eat. Here are some of my favorites from the cats I've had:

*Slongo ate doritos and potato chips
*Horace once ate a bit of red licorice
*K.C. ate peanut M&Ms if you cracked the candy sell open, and would take tootsie rolls out of my mouth.
*Mischa only ate dry cat food, birds he caught, and sometimes raw or cooked hamburger. Never fowl, roast, steak, milk, and especially not the mice he caught.
*Liam went nuts for Bit-O-Honey and liked bread.
*Lilibet likes bread and peanuts.
